I have worked with many Freelancers on Upwork and by far, Santanu was the best developer that I worked with. I had someone else do my website and was so slow and missed deadlines and communication was awful. with Subhajit I received hope in Up-work again. I am closing this contract because I have a few open contracts with him. for every small job, I like to open a separate contract. this was just a small project but I have other active contracts that I am keeping open and going to use him for a monthly maintenance package for my website. he is really great and quality work.

This turned into a big project because my author website was old and needed a complete overhaul. There were many steps along the way and Santanu was patient with my many questions and changes I requested. Communication and status updates were frequent. I’m very happy with the result. I’m already seeing results with a simple change–creating a popup to encourage readers to subscribe–this has resulted in significantly more signups for my mailing list. He suggested the Instagram feed and I love it–the photos update every time I post on Instagram so readers can see current images. My menu is more detailed so readers can find the different sections easily. I’m so glad I did this and would highly recommend Santanu.

These guys went above and beyond for this job. I was looking to add a streaming page to my website and make it so anyone who is offline wouldn’t show on the page. At first this was an issue but Santanu and his team managed to figure out a way to get it to work as intended. As well as fixing all the bugs that appeared very quickly. I was pleased with the creation of 3 graphics to use on my website. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and Santanu got back to me right away with a sample. We went back and forth a couple of times with revisions as I tried out different ideas and he was great with providing two examples of different approaches.
