Website development order cancellation can happen within 1 day of order placement. If your digital marketing project is under development, the cancellation can happen within 2 days of order placement. Any kind of ongoing project that goes under monthly package needs at least a month of notice period for cancellation. When it comes to cancelling any project of website development, design, mobile APP, SEO etc. whatever the work has been done from the award date & time to cancellation date & time, you need to pay for that and after deducting that amount from the advance payment any rest amount available will be refunded only. For effort calculation from award date to cancellation date, the timeline invested for your job will be measured in hours & will be charged as $15/hr. Like If the advance amount received for any job from any client is $500 & we have already worked for 5 hrs for that job between award date & time to cancellation date & time, then the refund amount to that client will be : $500 – ($15X5) = $425. All the refund will be initiated within 7-15 working days. Any kind of delay in this matter can happen only because of technical difficulties
